A Santa Barbara native, Eric earned his BA in Economics & Business Administration from Boston University. He has been in the financial industry since 1999 and has worked in banking, lending, accounting, tax preparation, and as a financial advisor. In his free time, Eric enjoys hockey, karaoke, poker, golf and cooking.

He has over 40 years’ experience as owner/operator of a property management company. During this period Andy held the elite mark of distinction the “Certified Property Manager” Designation and a Real Estate Broker’s License.

Her interests include: dancing, baking, cooking, hiking, plants, architecture, and visiting national parks. She enjoys experimenting with new recipes and baking tasty breads and desserts for potlucks and friends (making use of Santa Barbara's variety of fresh, local fruit).
