Born and raised in Long Beach, Andy moved to Santa Barbara in 1997 where he and his wife have raised two children, now both in their 20’s. He has over 40 years’ experience as owner/operator of a property management company. During this period Andy held the elite mark of distinction the “Certified Property Manager” Designation and a Real Estate Broker’s License. In addition, he has worked in Santa Barbara for the past 19 years as a bookkeeper for a private investment company, a small household, and a local wine magazine. Andy joined Accountability Plus in 2010. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking, reading, walking his two dogs and traveling with his wife. He is currently CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) trained.

Lydia is a graduate of San Diego State University, with a BS degree in Biology and has worked in San Diego’s biotech & medical device manufacturing industry for 25+ years. She moved to Santa Barbara in 2005 and started working at Accountability Plus in 2006. She brings her organizational skills and provides administrative support for our busy office.
