I am the Visionary and CEO of two sister companies, Accountability Plus, Inc., and Payroll Vault Santa Barbara. My bookkeeping and payroll experience spans over 20 years, including 10 years with a Silicon Valley commercial real estate office, and five years working for two Santa Barbara CPA firms.
My husband OV and I grew Accountability Plus, the first business, from a 2-person operation working out of a small apartment in Santa Barbara, to a company of over 25 employees that serves over 300 bookkeeping, payroll, and executive administrative service clients. In 2018, we purchased the payroll franchise Payroll Vault, focused on the small to medium-sized business, the perfect complement to the services of Accountability Plus.
