Jennifer Glaser has been bookkeeping since 2002 and has a wealth of experience in various industries, including landscaping and construction, wholesale and retail, manufacturing, E-commerce, and medical. She resides in her hometown of Ojai with her two wonderful daughters and her amazing dog. In her free time, she loves spending time in nature with family and friends, sharing and cooking meals with friends, and catching live music when possible.

CEO of Accountability Plus, Karen founded the company in 1999 after bookkeeping for nine years at a Silicon Valley commercial real estate firm and two Santa Barbara CPA firms. Her affiliations include Treasurer of the National Association of Women Business Owners, (NAWBO) past VP and current member of the American Payroll Association (APA)–Santa Barbara Chapter, past President of the Santa Barbara Bookkeeper’s Association, and past payroll Instructor at SBCC. Karen enjoys scuba diving, reading, gardening and traveling to Costa Rica with her husband in her free time.
