California COVID Paid Sick Leave Has Been Extended To End Of Year 2022

California’s COVID-related Supplemental Paid Sick Leave, due to expire at the end of September 2022, has been extended to December 31, 2022. No additional additional days off have been added, but eligible employees now have more time in which to use it. Reminder: this law applies to employers with 26 or more employees.
